i'm in friggin' cold Beijing now,

with very limited time everyday with the computer.

right now,

i'm studying in Beijing Finance School.

it's all really different up here.

(my fingers are really freezing right now as i type.)

everything is in chinese,

almost everything.

this batch i'm with has more malays than chinese,

and the chinese are urgently needed for translation.

and you know how much i suck at chinese,

yea.

i was asked to help them with the dinner menu once,

and i could only come out with 'la mian' and fried rice.

it's friggin' pathetic.

you really feel so useless at times like this.

damn.

haha.

we're wearing at least 5 - 7 layers of clothes everyday we step out of our hostel.

and we still feel cold.

the thing about snow,

think it's not gonna be possible,

it has never snowed in Beijing.

and if it really snows,

it's gonna be a miracle.

you can start going on your knees and thank god.

it's real interesting and there's a lot for you to learn,

but it's not as fun as you think it is,

we have to wake up at 7 everyday for school,

ans we're doing accounts all over again.

this time,

it's in chinese,

BORING.

most of the class are simply stoning in class during accounts,

you can already imagine what it's gonna be like when we do chinese economy.

zzz.

(and you think we're here for holiday huh.)

so we're also doing lots of work here.

but i climbed the great wall of china already!

i even reached the tallest part of it.

up til now,

i still can't believe i step foot on the Great Wall Of China.

it's one the the world's greatest wonder,

and i can't believe i even touched it.

but it's true,

the slopes are REALLY steep.

and the steps are so TALL.

it was just like climbing some really steep mountain,

we were practically exhausted when we were climbing,

we had to stop and rest in between so many times.

but be reminded,

don't look down unless you have a really strong gut.

the walls by the side are really short at some parts,

and if someone accidentally pushes you a bit,

bye.

i have so much to say,

but i got so excited blogging,

that i forgot a whole chunk of it.

damn.

i really miss a lot of people back in Singapore,

including just Singapore.

the weather.

the culture.

where you don't need chinese everywhere.

i miss everything back home.

and it's only my 3rd day here.

1 week plus to go.

i gotta hang on there,

and give everyone a big hug once i reach home.

it's just gonna be really nice to be home.

i'm gonna go now,

my fingers are turning into ice soon.
